YourXScore is a free tool that analyzes publicly available X (Twitter) account data and generates a score based on engagement, activity, growth potential, and trust metrics. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service
  • Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service at scale
  • Not use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others

4. Accuracy of Results

The scores and analysis provided by YourXScore are estimates based on publicly available data and our proprietary algorithms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any score or analysis. Results should not be used as the sole basis for any decision.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of YourXScore are owned by us. You may share your score results (including generated score cards) freely, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service itself.

6. Third-Party Data

The Service accesses publicly available data from X (Twitter) through third-party APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. All X/Twitter trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourXScore and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
